On other wedding related news, while my friend Mae was wallowing last week, over her fling who is set to be married on the 25th, she showed me their wedding colors.
MAN, THEIR THEME WAS CLEARLY DISGUSTING!
Chocolate brown for Christ sake! Perhaps in a different setting, or with a different couple it would be a good choice. While I may not be a wedding planner, the moment I saw the plan for the arrangement and the cake, oh the poor cake! The ghastly dark hue just didn't suit anything. Having no other hues. Not even a complementary color, it was a disaster, really! I feel so mean for saying such things, but it's the truth.
In between sobs, my friend told me the reason behind such theme. The the bride-to-be, being such a designer label fan opted to have the the universal color of Louis Vuitton as her theme, since it was her favorite brand. FAIL!
