Upstaging Lady Gaga

The 2010 Ms. Universe' National Costume segment AKA a competition to steal the spotlight from the fearless and edgy fashion monster called Lady Gaga. What can I say? This only proves Lady Gaga's massive influence to the world, that even some of the "worlds beauties" have fallen victims to her fashion sense. Haha

She came and was noticed

But then Ms. Venezuela came and stole the limelight from all of them. :p

Here are a few other ala-Lady Gaga costumes that pretty much went over the top, either on the frou-frou design of the clothing or the screaming oversized headpieces and accents.

She could fare a Ms. UN, imagine all those mini flags

On to the ones who seemed rather 'lost' in their concept.

Alice made it out of Wonderland and went straight  to Vegas :p

HEY!! I never knew Belgium changed its title from the Chocolate country
to the Tennis country. This is just nuts!

Ms. USA is supposed to look all smart and reflective of justice,
but this costume simply screams Victoria's Secret Angel wannabe.
Total FAIL!

Is this for Halloween? Now those wings looked like Spider feet. gross!

Don't get me wrong, I adore Venus' attire but...

.. Ms. Brazil's costume is way catchier, if I may put it.

Hers , however was oozing with F-I-E-R-C-E! LOVE! :)
