"Remember: No one could hurt you without your consent."-madie's text message.
HURT, PAIN, SUFFERING--- three of the thousands of experiences individuals be apt to shun if not escape from. As to what the quote proposes we would only be hurt if we allow others to do so. But plausibly speaking, who'd ever grant others to hurt them? I presume that no sane individual would, but why do we still hurt? How will it be possible if we're intuitively sentient that it was something we should negate?
Aside from being rational, men are naturally born social animals. Thus making interaction with other individuals indispensable for the evolution of a persons own character. Alongside this interaction institutes personal relationships with other individuals: maternal, paternal, familial, friendly and romantic are examples of these. Inevitably and involuntarily, as this relationship was being tested by time and barriers we were able to create a bond with other persons we have established relationship with. This bond could also be equated to giving worth to that individual, and with this worth comes side by side the obscured 'consent.'
As much as we will not to be hurt, the mere fact that we continuously interact and establish relationships with others, we also constantly put to risk ourselves in being hurt by that same individual. Because relationship and hurt are inseparable entities.
In one way or another, the person whom we have a relationship with would undoubtedly arrive at a point wherein he’d fail to meet our expectations of him consequential to the so called pain.
"The moment we permit someone to take part in our vessel of emotion known as the heart--- we have waived to them that consent therefore giving them the capability, either to be kind enough to caress it or be unjust enough to scratch it."
Clean!
Its been like 2 months since I was last able to clean our room, given that nobody else would want to do it and nobody would do it with perfection, I was left with no option though feeling sluggish but to clean it. argh!
It took me approximately 3 long scorching hours to see the room neat and organized according to my standards!haha!
Seems to me that I can't stop working after that general cleaning an so I continued washing the rugs, changed then bedspreads and dust off some shelves. That's really natural to me, its like that term in science when we're running we can't just fully stop but instead continue running until we slow down little by little, I know there's scientific term for it but sorry I don't know, Im no scientific person as Ive told everyone else.!hehehehe!
After my workaholic feeling subsided, I immediately rewarded myself with a tall mocha frappe bought by my dad for me!thanks daddy!:) that I believe is the best quencher for the scorching season!
My savior..
I was an inch closer in becoming cracked, its odd but I just felt so alone at one moment to the point that I just wanted to scream and that lots illusory thoughts and images are lingering inside my head! God! I think my problems are greatly affecting my state of mind, this is scary!
I owe you big time Dylan, you're a blessing in disguise! Though I know his also in need to someone to talk to, at least I was able to converse with someone all that's been running in my head. And Dylan being the perfect person to understand me, he really saved me from losing my sanity!hahaha!
