Hi guys!
I'm in Bangkok right now. :) Luckily, we flew in just in time for Songkran, Thai's version of New Year. We're one hour behind from Manila time, so as I write this, our local time here is 1:43 in the morning while it is already 2:43 in Manila.
It's been a great day. We went out the street to party with young Thai's who did nothing but splash water to everyone and wipe talcum powder to each other's face. Good thing Kuya Carlo's baht came in handy as I was able to buy a bag of talcum and rub powder to the cutie Thai's we pass by as we walk. LOL
After walking for nearly an hour, we took the train to Siam Paragon where we had pad thai, mango with sticky rice and satay for dinner.
'twas fun! Looking forward to shopping at Chatujak Market and Platinum mall this weekend, but more importantly, I can't wait to try on the street food that Thailand is truly famous for in Asia.
